My son loves the junior class and has been training on a Thursday with Martin for just over a year. He is 5 years old and the classes are perfectly designed to keep him engaged and ensure he gets the most form the sessions 11-01-22

great club with great coaches. I have trained here for a long time and love how the classes are separated into different age groups. I have trained at other clubs where the coach was that focussed on the younger kids in the class i may as well trained on youtube. The adults only sessions here are perfect for me 11-01-22
