Left a used mask on top of my towels, rang them but not bothered to call back as they said they would, dirty and disgusting to leave something like that in a pandemic!
Update- 5th Jan, and another big under-valuation, 3 reputable estate agents valued £35k higher than this company, strange really because I had 4 offers all only £5k and £10k less!

Not a good experience at all.

I have had to deal with very ambiguous reporting in my survey which didn't clearly indicate the fault it was meant to leaving me with in excess of £5,000 bill to be able to resolve this, it was so fluid a statement that even my solicitor did not know its true intention.

According to SDL the onus is on me, even though they acknowledge I dont have the right technical capability for this, I should have called them if I didn't understand anything and when they say you need a specialist I am supposed to know which one.

Very poor service throughout so it will end up being small claims, RICS and their lengthy complaints procedure for me.

1.the survey doesn't know the difference between real cotswold stone and reconstituted stone (coloured concrete), 2,as no sense of sucurity left front window wide open could have squatters in my house,. 3.confuses "poor pointing" as rodent burrows
