Not a good experience at all.
I have had to deal with very ambiguous reporting in my survey which didn't clearly indicate the fault it was meant to leaving me with in excess of £5,000 bill to be able to resolve this, it was so fluid a statement that even my solicitor did not know its true intention.
According to SDL the onus is on me, even though they acknowledge I dont have the right technical capability for this, I should have called them if I didn't understand anything and when they say you need a specialist I am supposed to know which one.
Very poor service throughout so it will end up being small claims, RICS and their lengthy complaints procedure for me.
