Felt as if some staff were very judgemental and clicks due to the fact we weren't covered in tattos, a shame as I know some staff and artist there are great however it's meant to be a place of diversity, expression and experience no matter what you look like

Had a tattoo today at Bodycraft 2 by Tez. Was there 3 hours and they couldn't have been more friendlier or helpful. Reception man Mike? wasbgreay talking to me throughout & even brought me a can of IrnBru. Thanks to you both see you again soon xx

I have visited Bodycraft on two occasions now and the service has been great. Despite having had my nose pierced at Ice Nine in Nottingham, on both occasions my nose piercing fell out the female piercer was more than happy top help me get my piercing back in for free. After my poor treatment by Ice Nine I will definitely be going to Bodycraft for all piercings I have in the future!

VERY RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND PATRONISING! I was very excited to be getting my first tattoo, went in and the man at reception ruined this for me. Spoke very rudely to me and made me feel stupid, refused to try and help with my enquiry and dismissed the idea as he said it was too small. Wouldn't give an alternative size unless I was definitely going to get the tattoo! Awful customer service and bad attitude, definitely avoid if you want a nice experience and someone you can trust to try and work together with you for the best result!

Went in there twice over this weekend with my sister. We had an idea for a tattoo that we'd both been thinking about for a while and we're excited to be finally getting it done together. The man at the reception completely ruined this for us - he was extremely rude when we first dropped in. His tone was patronising - he obviously thought we were a couple of silly first timers (which is not true). He didn't properly engage with us, was very dismissive. We went back today after thinking about his 'advice' fully intending to get the tattoos and his tone was so rude again that we promptly turned around and changed our mind. If you are searching for a friendly, enjoyable experience, think again. Avoid.

Had a tattoo today by Tom and absolutely love it, it's so much better than I thought it would be. He is a really friendly guy and you feel so at ease. I would like to say I highly recommend him. Keep up the good work Tom, I'll definitely be back. Teresa. X

Hello Tez, Thanks again for my cover-up back tattoo. You did an absolutely blinding job and I will definitely recommend you to friends, family and everyone I meet along the way while traveling. I had the detailed water color butterflies going up my back. Stunning!! and a BIG SHOUT out to the HOT, single, bearded reception guy... What a man!! ;)

Had tattoo done at bodycraft 2. Was pleased but when it was heeled out line did need touching up. Went for a touch up which took him about 8 minutes if that and still charged £20. Was annoyed as I know most tattooist do them free. Either desperate times or just very greedy! ??

had my tattoo at bodycraft 2 the other week by tez and it's amazing best one I've got! will defaintly be going back! defaintly recommend these lots, I won't be going anywhere else now! thanks again tez I love it!!!

I've been today for my 2nd tattoo with tez from body craft 2 and I'm well happy she's an awesome tattooist and dos an amazing job. I'll defo be going back for more . I would highly recommend these guys. Brilliant. Thanks again tez absolutely love my tattoos. Xx jo the hairdresser xx

Decided to go because a friend had a lovely tattoo done with them and my friend had a good experience. So went with said friend and the receptionist, who may also be a tattoo artist himself, was blatantly rude. He treated us as if we were first timer with tattoos and clearly sneered at us. Another tattoo artist then came along and acted in the same way. Went to them thinking they were experts and would like to get their opinion but instead got cut off most of the time I was trying to explain. It wasn't like I was getting a small simple tattoo. It's a detailed memorial tattoo. Kept saying I was vague even after all the details I gave but somehow even though I was "vague", they quoted me for £300+ and said it would take 5 hours but I should come back with more details cause they can't book me in with so little details. What a joke.

I went into this studio looking to book a sleeve. The service from the receptionist was great, he made me feel comfortable from the start and talked me through the process. The tattoo itself was amazing, it took just over 15 hours over 3 sessions and i'm very pleased with the result. I would recommend my the tattooist I used, Ash, as he really understood what I was looking for and was happy to answer all my questions.

I had two tattoos done on here and I was very happy with the service, the woman at reception made me and my mum (who had her back done) feel very welcome and chatted about generally things whilst we waited. The aftercare advice was different to other places but it still worked well. I then recently went to book in my next tattoo, and I was welcomed in by a girl who appeared to be around 18/19. She said that she wouldn't find the tattooist and she then quoted up my tattoo, it's a very small quote and she quoted around £200!! I then went back in hoping to find another receptionist and it was the same girl, who then said that she would never quote a tattoo and went to find the artist. He halved the price (which is still silly as I paid less for two tattoos a year before) and I booked in. The woman on reception was very rude and It ruined my opinion of the shop. She had two little tattoos and was talking like she was Kat Von dee. I believe the shop need to get rid of the young receptionist as she is very rude. I booked in with access all areas a few days late random happy I made the correct decision. Avoid this place unless you have an artist in mind. The artists are excellent and I recommended them, if you are going in blind, look through there work and don't listen to the silly receptionist
