Done with T&S heating forever now. Absolutely awful company.

Had a boiler installed in 2020 by T&S - they did not tighten the pipework in the loft correctly, this caused a slow leak that flooded our loft and 2 upstairs rooms, response when we called about the leak was very slow and I had to deal with the clean-up in the loft myself. Months later they did make minimal repairs to the flooded rooms; it was a lot of disruption and all of the redecoration had to be done at our own time and expense.

The T&S installers also damaged our gas meter when installing the boiler; they replaced it, but did not register the change with our suppliers nor did they inform us of this (no information was given to us - else we would have contacted suppliers etc) - which caused billing issues.

We have since had 3 services performed by T&S, and one service booked in for today where they have cancelled the service without contacting us because we hadn't paid in advance - causing much inconvenience and cost to us.

2 of our previous services were uneventful, however the engineer that serviced our boiler and fireplace in 2022 took the liberty to use an entire can of my own wd40 when "cleaning" the fireplace - who knows what he did with it - but also didn't provide the service sheets - he did leave the empty wd40 can for me though.

The secretaries / customer service people are chirpy but unhelpful - if you have an issue they stonewall you, promise callbacks or say they will/have sent emails - none of which happen. They will not let you speak to anyone other than themselves (from what I have experienced there are 2 of them, and they pass you between one another); the director or manager or anyone more senior is always out - they won't give contact details for them or arrange for them to call/contact you.

From my experience T&S is a front, they employ many engineers who are of variable abilities, some are awful, some probably ok - but any issues T&S clearly do not care - they just want the money.

If you think you might get some form of stability by choosing a larger company, it is not the case with T&S - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Works were arranged for for the 9/4/18 complete bathroom refit no one turned up. Phoned company advised works would start 11/04/18 again one turned up. On both occasions no phone call from company in fact never bothered to return calls very unprofessional not recommended.

Mid February I first contacted this company, still no heating, £60 down and
nobody ever calls you back, rubbish company.

I have had some building work done at my property and I would just like to say how helpful and kind the staff were from Chris chambers who came out and did the quote and surveying. He was great at explaining what was going to be happening throughout the build ie materials being delivered, who would be working on my project etc.
The workmen that were at my property were very polite, good timing keeping and very friendly and did a very good job in a clean tidy manner.
I would greatly recommend t&s building to everyone and I have to a lot of my close friends who are wanting building work on they property's

Fitted my boiler over 7 years ago, came with a 7 year warranty back then, (12 years now) serviced and maintained by them with a very professional and reliable service.
Had a boiler problem on a Sunday after warranty ran out, responded in no time at all and for a very reasonable fee. Will definitely keep using them without hesitation.
The next job to be done is a new kitchen and have just received a highly competitive quote and great customer care from T&S, looks like the jobs theirs.

I had boiler last year, that is running as it should. They removed and kept the hot water tank, as part of the contract we signed.( It has a monetary value) ok can't really moan that. The cold water ( no monetary value and a lot hassle to remove) but also part of the contract to remove, was left. Ugly pipe work.
First service, engineer didn't to up and called customer service 3 times and fobbed off. Called CS again to rearrange appointment and request a small discount for a wasted morning, messed around, promised calls back never happened and yet again fobbed off. Very low quality company, very low quality people. I would AVOID T&S Heating in the future.

I used T&S after seeing them on Notts TV. I cannot compliment the service enough from start to finish for my new kitchen. The surveyor James was brilliant all the way through and the quality of the kitchen was much better than the normal retailers and cheaper. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

I used T&s heating for a complete bathroom makeover, I can say that the transformation of the bathroom exceeded my expectations from design, supply to fitting. A totally professional company with a very high quality of workmanship and extensive knowledge of products and experience in trade. I would definitely recommend T&s for all home improvements and would like to thank them for a lovely bathroom and will be using them again for my kitchen.

I cannot praise T & S Heating enough, from the start to finish, what a brilliant, clean worker Lee Cole was, you wouldn't know a workman had been in my house. I highly recommend this company. 07-04-15
