Excellent customer service, I rang them because I wasn’t happy with my driving instructor, I think we just had personalities that clashed... A Manager called me back as promised within 24hrs and promised they would look into it and get back to me within 7 days... They did exactly as promised, swapped my instructor and gave me the 1st lesson free of charge for me to see if I was comfortable with the new instructor.. I guess if you have a genuine issue through no real fault of your own, this is the company to call, absolutely no problem with my replacement driving instructor and i’m So glad that I didn’t fly off the handle and rashly write them the 2 Star I was originally going to write.. Fabulous Outcome ?? 24-05-19

Woeful customer service...unreliable drivers, probably due to poor management, they don't seem to have any real control over the drivers...consequently I anything goes wrong nobody is willing to admit liabilities.
Best go to a professional outfit 19-07-17

Best Driving School in Nottingham.

I tried all the famous driving schools in Nottingham and they all made me more nervous and left me with terrible experiences.
Last November after dumping my previous driving instructor, I called Elevate. Julian is very friendly and meantime professional. He understood my problems and helped me to correct them. By his encouragement and advices last week I passed my test. The driving examiner commented, "you're a very good driver, well done".
Julian, I can't thank you Enough, you're not just a driving instructor, you are a life couch. You made me confident driver, and now as what you always said, "the world is my oyster". ???? 08-05-17

Incredible instructor !! I booked in for a short notice test with Julian (in a automatic) as i only had 5 days to refresh my driving skills as i was banned for 3 years & had to take a extended test - we crammed in 7 hours of lessons into 3 days & it was a FIRST TIME PASS.
During the extended test we covered all routes that Julian had taken me previously during my lessons.

I would certainly recommend Elevate driving school to anyone that wants a guaranteed pass !!

Jeanette is an amazing instructor she put me at comfort and ease
And gave me my confidence back to pass my test after very bad experiment with two other driving instructors.

I would definitely recommend to any one.
She is very hard working,honest and flexible.
Does not waste a minute from lesson time,
I must take this opportunity to say great big thanks

This company is actually fabulous. I'm seventeen and I've never driven before, but I managed to past my test first time after just thirty-two lessons. The instructor I had was always polite and on time, super lovely, and they had some great deals too. I'd definitely recommend them because their service is great! 03-01-14

Hi, just like to thank Julian for helping my Daughter Imogen to pass her driving test just before she had to return to University. I can honestly say that Julian had that extra bit of magic that we needed booking a Saturday driving test was truly a master stroke...
