We booked a Taxi to collect my daughter and partner over the Christmas period. Despite receiving a text message stating it had arrived at the destination it was no where to be seen. We telephoned to enquire where it was and was told the taxi was outside; it wasn't. It took a few more phone calls to the company and even the drive before the taxi arrived at the correct destination. Unfortunately this is not the first time. In my opinion the drivers have no knowledge of Nottingham. Would not use again or recommend

This company is a joke I am at arrivals I keep getting text about my taxi is waitinat the airport after half hour passed I phoned the base no answer eventually I get onto the driver who informed me that I should be at departures and he only got the job ten minutes ago why would I be at departures when I have arrived at arrivals? So it's luggage trolley 70 yr old mum in-law to the departures only to find out the driver not there or he is but he is in coginito is no sign of panels it appears I can't get an answer from the base because the base is doing another airport job

This company gives bad service, I booked them to take my daughter home from gatwick to notts and when she got off the plane the taxi driver was nowhere to be seen, he wasn't waiting in arrivals he was in departures calling my daughters phone telling her if she didn't come find him he would leave her. She was very distressed by his 12 phone calls because she had no idea where to go, he should have been in arrivals waiting for her, very bad service I would never use this firm again
